Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Yoddy iOS app (the “App”), including account access, AI image and video generation, creation history, and credit purchases made in the App. The Yoddy website has a separate privacy policy for its web-specific features and payment flow.

2. Information we collect

We collect and process the following information when you use the App:

• Apple account information: the unique account identifier provided by Apple, your email address (which may be an Apple private relay address), and your name if Apple makes it available and you choose to share it.
• Content and generation data: prompts, generation settings, and images, videos, or audio that you choose as references, together with generated results and creation history.
• Account and transaction data: your Yoddy account, credit balance, credit activity, App Store product and transaction identifiers, purchase status, currency, and purchase time. Yoddy does not receive your complete payment-card details.
• Technical and support data: IP address, request time, app and device information, server logs, error details, and information you send when requesting support.

3. Photos, videos, and audio

The App accesses only media you select or otherwise authorize through Apple's system controls. Selected files are uploaded only when needed for a generation you request. You can use supported text-only workflows without selecting media.

4. How we use information

We use information to:

• authenticate you with Sign in with Apple and maintain your account;
• submit, process, deliver, and retain the AI generations you request;
• display creation history and synchronize credits across your signed-in devices;
• verify App Store transactions and deliver purchased credits;
• provide support, diagnose failures, protect the service, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

5. Service providers and international processing

We disclose information only as needed to operate the App. Recipients may include Apple for authentication and in-app purchases, cloud hosting and storage providers, security and delivery infrastructure, and the AI model provider used for the generation you select. Prompts and selected reference media may therefore be processed outside your country. We do not sell your personal information or use submitted content for advertising.

6. AI processing

AI generations are processed on remote servers rather than solely on your device. Different models may use different providers and retention safeguards. Do not submit confidential information or material that you do not have the right or permission to use. AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to content created for others, and you must review them before use.

7. Storage, retention, and deletion

Account details, credit records, purchase verification records, prompts, generation settings, results, and history may be stored on Yoddy's servers. An authentication token is stored securely in the iOS Keychain, and generated media may be cached on your device. We retain information only as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain transaction and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

You can delete individual creations in the App. To request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account and personal information, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account. We may verify your identity and retain limited records where required by law, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or App Store transaction obligations.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted network connections and secure token storage. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should protect access to your Apple ID and device.

9. Children

Yoddy is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information through the App.

10. Changes and contact
