Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and the Yoddy iOS App Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The service

Yoddy provides access to third-party AI models for creating and editing images and videos. Available models, workflows, parameters, prices, processing times, and output quality may change. A generation is not guaranteed to complete successfully or produce a particular result.

3. Accounts

The App uses Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for your device, Apple ID, and all activity on your Yoddy account. Do not share, sell, or transfer your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Credits and App Store purchases

• The App offers consumable credit packs through Apple's In-App Purchase system. It does not offer an auto-renewing subscription.
• Apple processes payment and shows the applicable price, currency, tax, and purchase confirmation before you pay.
• Credits are delivered after Yoddy verifies the App Store transaction. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred or resold.
• Any promotional or purchased-credit validity period shown in the App at the time credits are granted or purchased applies.
• The credit cost is shown before generation. Credits deducted for a confirmed failed task are normally restored automatically.
• Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's policies and applicable law.

5. Your content and permission to process it

You retain any rights you already hold in prompts, reference media, and outputs. You grant Yoddy and its service providers a limited permission to host, copy, transmit, modify, and process submitted material only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, and support the service. You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and consents needed for anything you submit and for your intended use of each output.

6. Prohibited use

You must not use the App to create, upload, request, or distribute content that:

• is illegal, sexually exploits minors, facilitates violence or abuse, or violates another person's rights;
• uses a real person's face, voice, or likeness without the permissions required by law;
• impersonates, defrauds, deceives, harasses, or threatens another person;
• infringes privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights;
• attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, bypass, or misuse the App or its safeguards.

7. AI outputs

AI outputs may contain errors, artifacts, or unintended similarities and may not be unique. Yoddy does not guarantee that an output is accurate, lawful for your purpose, or eligible for intellectual- property protection. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for how you publish or use them.

8. Suspension and termination

We may reject a generation or suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a violation of these Terms, legal or safety risk, fraud, payment abuse, attacks on the service, or a request from a competent authority. You may stop using the App at any time.

9. Availability, warranties, and liability

The App and service are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or fitness of any output for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yoddy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Apple-specific terms

These Terms are between you and Yoddy, not Apple. Yoddy, not Apple, is responsible for the App, its content, maintenance, support, and any claims relating to it. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. If the App fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price paid for the App, if any, as required by Apple's terms and law.

Apple is not responsible for addressing claims concerning the App, including product-liability, regulatory, consumer-protection, or intellectual-property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the Apple-specific provisions after you accept them. Your use of the App must also comply with applicable App Store terms and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the App and service evolve. Material changes will apply prospectively after the updated Terms are posted or otherwise presented to you. Questions, support requests, and legal notices may be sent to [email protected].
