Do not create deepfakes, face swaps, impersonation, or content using a real person's identity or likeness without explicit informed permission.
2. Exploitation and sexual content
Content involving minors, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, nudification, sexual violence, or trafficking is prohibited.
3. Illegal, harmful, or deceptive activity
Fraud, identity theft, harassment, hateful abuse, extremist promotion, unlawful violence, forged evidence, and political deception are prohibited.
4. Intellectual property and privacy
Only use material you own or are authorized to process. Do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or confidentiality rights.
5. Enforcement
Yoddy may screen and reject requests, preserve abuse evidence, suspend accounts, and cooperate with valid legal requests.
