1. Operator and acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using Yoddy, you agree to these Terms and our other policies.

2. Service

Yoddy provides third-party AI models for image and video creation. Availability, parameters, timing, and output quality may change.

3. Accounts

Keep account information accurate and credentials secure. You are responsible for activity through your account.

4. Memberships and credits

Memberships are fixed-term one-time purchases and do not auto-renew. Membership credits are granted monthly; credit packs require an active membership and expire after 12 months.

Costs are shown before generation. Credits are deducted first and restored when a task fails; they have no cash value and are not transferable.

5. Your content

You must hold all rights needed for submitted material and remain responsible for reviewing and lawfully using every output.

6. Prohibited use

Deepfakes, face swaps, impersonation, deceptive synthetic media, and use of a real person's likeness without explicit permission are prohibited.

7. Suspension and termination

We may reject content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or create legal, payment, or safety risk.

8. Payments and refunds

Paddle processes payments as merchant of record. Refund eligibility follows our Refund Policy and applicable law.

9. Availability and liability

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, Yoddy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
